11.3 Agent Release Notes

This agent release includes new features, bug fixes, and enhancements to the product.

Important

• We changed our documentation URL to documentation.lakesidesoftware.com for easier navigation and a better user experience. • Support for version 10.5 agents will be discontinued on January 21, 2025.

• Support for version 10.6 agents will be discontinued on March 24, 2025.

• Support for On-Premises 10.5 versions will be discontinued on March 20, 2025.

• We discontinued support for version 10.3 agents on September 10, 2024.

• We discontinued support for version 10.4 agents on October 15, 2024.

• SysTrack will contain a new Lakeside logo, in the 11.3 release.

New

Per-Core CPU Utilization Is Now Collected

The agent now collects per-core CPU utilization data and adds it to a new table on the agent, named SACPUCORES. This data will be surfaced in a SysTrack view in a future release.

Support for TLS 1.3

SysTrack now supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3, the latest version of the TLS protocol, which enhances both security and performance in encrypted communications.

Fixed

• MacOS agent updates the configuration and load times on startup. (Case 10307)

• MacOS automations do not result in an unknown error. (Case 8980)

• WMI does not fail when checking the virtual model. (Case 10298)

• The branded pop up for IT Announcements shows for the time set in Alert Expiration Time (sec) under Configure > Roles > Tray App. (Case 10717)
